CPGCBL Announces Job Opening for HRM/Admin Manager with a Salary of Tk. 91,000
Coal Power Generation Company Bangladesh Limited (CPGCBL), an enterprise of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, has released a career opportunity for the position of Manager (HRM/Admin). The organization is seeking energetic and promising candidates for immediate contractual appointments. The application deadline is set for October 20, 2026.
The available position offers a basic salary of Tk. 91,000, along with various benefits including house rent allowance, medical benefits, festival bonuses, and gratuity. To be eligible, candidates must hold at least a four-year graduation degree, or a three-year graduation degree accompanied by a one-year master’s degree in HR, Management, or a relevant subject from a government-recognized university. A preference will be given to candidates with an MBA or a master’s degree combined with a Postgraduate Diploma in HRM.
Candidates should possess a minimum of eight years of working experience in Human Resource Management and Administration, including at least four years as a Deputy Manager or in an equivalent position in power generation or related utilities. The maximum age for applicants is 40 years as of October 6, 2026.
Additional requirements include strong communication skills in both Bengali and English, proficiency in computer usage, and the ability to work under high-stress conditions. Candidates must be willing to work at any location under CPGCBL.
